Set up
- Get started: from sign up to your first nightSign up, set your warehouse, check your stores, add trucks and rules, then import tonight's orders.
- Set store locations and dock pinsAdd your stores, give them delivery windows, and put each pin on the door the truck backs into.
- Set up trucks and vehicle typesPallet spots, cube and weight for each kind of truck, how many you have today, and your own trailers.
Every night
- Import tonight's orders from any fileDrop a CSV, Excel, PDF or photo on the Import tab, check the columns, confirm, and send it to Build.
- Build loads: pallets, cube, weight and casesPick what fills a truck, check the limits, press Build Routes, and take the cheaper plan if one turns up.
- Read and edit routes: move, lock, rebuildRead each load, drag stops where they belong, lock the good loads and rebuild the rest.
- Print load sheets and route sheetsThe route sheet for the office, a nose-first load sheet for the dock, and a diagram per truck.
- Dock and yard basicsEvery trailer on site, which door it is on, door assignments, yard moves and the detention clock.
- Crossdock freightFreight that arrives on other trucks: add it to the build, say when it lands, decide what to do when it is late.
- Close out the nightType what really went out, one row per load, then record the day. That turns estimates into measured numbers.
